Responsibilities include supporting the Executive Pastry Chef in the supervision and execution of allpastryitems and production,maintenance of inventory pars and insurance of food quality and sanitation standards.At least 1 year of professional pastry experience is required. Bread baking and production experience is desirable. Flexible availability with early mornings and weekends are a must. Knowledge of Eastern European cuisine and languages is a plus.
